HOW DO I HELP
I am based at Les Mills Hamilton, New Zealand and train my clients at this world leading fitness facility.
Personal Training
Typically weekly based training sessions at Les Mills (gym membership required), for 1 hour or 1/2 hour depending on your goals.
Sports Specific Training
These sessions can be 1-on-1 or in a small group ( 2-6 people). I provide a periodized program (6-12 weeks) designed around the sporting season and the amount of time you can spend on your conditioning training. Option of gym based training or off site training available.
Health Promotion/Education
Workshops promoting healthy food choices are tailor made to cater for schools, workplaces, gyms, community centres and other facilities.
Nutrition Plans
You are what you eat. I believe food choices play a very important role in our health, sports performance, and fitness. Food plans have to be practical and doable. With a good understanding of nutrition and the role it plays in our lives, achieving health and fitness goals becomes a whole lot easier.
