ABOUT ME
I am a personal trainer with thirteen years' experience, currently based at Les Mills Hamilton City with an MSc in Human Performance & Sports Science and a Bachelor's in Physical Education.
I have been involved in sports from a young age. As a sprinter, I set a 100m record at the provincial level. On several occasions, I represented my province at the national level in China.
For 14 years I lectured at the Xi'An Institute of Physical Education, China. During this time I developed a Strength and Conditioning program for my department and I was a specialist coach for sprints and hurdles. Being selected as a Technical Official for the 2008 Beijing Olympics and Paralympic Games has been the highlight of my career so far.

With a background in athletics, I am passionate about speed and helping you get faster!
I work with athletes from different sporting backgrounds including soccer, basketball and hockey to help with their speed, agility and power performance.
I offer workplace and school workshops to encourage people to work out and get active in group sessions to improve their general health and wellbeing.
Sound nutritional knowledge and simple exercises go a long way towards achieving optimal health.
